Jarred's room

Renting a room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Space includes a queen sized bed and medium sized closet. There is space for a small desk if required. Common space includes kitchen, living room, and in unit washer and drying. Building also has a gym for common use.

Location is fantastic for downtown living. 5 minute walk to Queen Street Station, 7 minutes walk to Eaton Centre Mall, 5 minute walk to St Lawrence Market, 15 to 20 minute walk to Union Station. Bus stop / street car directly infront of building.

Apartment is shared with two small cats.

I’m a 27 year old male, who works as a financial analyst. Born and raised in Canada, but did my undergrad at an American University. I work from home on Tuesday and Thursday. Speak English and intermediate level of Mandarin.

Hobbies include ice hockey, cycling and spending time adventuring nature and the outdoors.

I have two cats, both are non-shed and a lot of fun to chill with.
