Paterson Way SW

New modern townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms and the main floor is fully furnished including a tv! Smaller room but currently fits my queen bed, a tv, dresser, and makeup vanity! There is also a fairly big storage closets right by the bedrooms (will be cleared out a bit after I move out) that we have a shelf in and use for anything we can’t store in our bedrooms! Close to a dog park and man made lake that has a nice walking trail. Safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Moving out only because I can’t afford it anymore but I wish I could stay because the two girls I live (Cara and Emily) with are amazing (Emily might be moving out as well but the Cara who is occupying the master bedroom is staying!). Both the girls are in school and work and occasionally are gone for a few days at a time visiting home. I met both of them through roomies when I was looking for a place to live and they were strangers when we moved in and are now a couple of my favourite ppl<3
