It’s 3 bed 2.5 bath (upstairs bath shared with 1 other) with a very open concept main floor. washer/dryer are in unit, and there’s quite a large storage closet on the upper level as well. We’re in a beautiful, newly developed neighbourhood near a dog park and lots of amenities. We are the first people to live in the home so it’s less than a year lived in. The home is fully furnished, with the room unfurnished but a possibility for a queen bed to be put in. Wifi/Utilities included. Street parking only. One roommates boyfriend lives with us part time when off work, which brings the rent down to $515/month but once that ends, it will go back to $670.
There are two other girls in early twenties occupying the home, who both work full-time and are taking classes. They’re both super fun and outgoing are very friendly. It’s rare everyone is home at the same time, so overall the place is pretty quiet.
