Share a house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Room comes furnished or unfurnished. It’s a circa 1950’s home in good shape and very clean although not renovated but repainted mainly white with light wood panelling. All old wooden floors with moderate creaks. But yes, it has air conditioning. All appliances including washer/dryer/dishwasher. 1.5 bathrooms (1+1/2). Nice quiet large backyard. Good sun and shade all day so very plant friendly. Also a separate room for stretching, yoga, painting or study. Great bike paths nearby. Picnicking and beach 10 mins away. Two farms close by for fresh produce. Stores for shopping, pharmacy, restaurants, etc, also nearby/walkable (10 mins). Parking available in driveway or on the street. High-speed internet.

I have one room and you have the other but we share the whole already furnished house. So two persons total. I’m very clean and respectful, mainly introverted, otherwise gregarious. Will try to refrain from bad puns. I like to cook healthy meals and there’s a juice mixer here and espresso machine (using ground Chaga lately instead of coffee). I work mainly from home as a digital consultant.
