Room Available for student located at First and Hurontario in the town of Collingwood.
Quiet adult home with access to huge backyard, kitchen, laundry and full bath outside your door. (Bathroom will likely be just yours unless there are guests, there is 2 bathrooms in the house.) Walking distance to local restaurants, Tim Hortons, McDonalds and 24 hour convenience. Less than 10 minutes to Blue Mountain. 15 minutes to Wasaga Beach. Directly across from Georgian Bay, parks and trails. Room is in lower level of house and includes wifi, t.v with Roku player and towels/linens.

Room is available from September to December 17th (end of Georgian College Fall semester) as the room will be occupied during the holiday season by guests and family after this date.

Rent from September to November $800/mth Rent will be $438 for month of December with tenancy ending on December 17th. First and Last Required. Prefer male to help out with some snow removal. Discount may be negotiated if able to accommodate.

Mature working lady lives in the house. There may be guests at times but overall very quiet home.
