Looking for a full time male University student to share rent. 7 minute drive to U of L and 2 min drive to the YMCA. Walking distance to No Frills, BP’s, gas and a few stores. Quiet condo building. Bright, clean condo with laundry facilites. No cable but can share that expense if wanted. Must be non-smoker, no drugs, no partying. Must be quiet and respectful and clean up after yourself.

My parents are the landlords and I am a 23 year old male who was going to U of L but will be looking for a part time job before heading back to school later. I like basketball and outside activities.
