Reid's room

This Condo is in the Oliver area of Edmonton, with bus routes that run to the University of Alberta directly out front. As well as a ten minute walk to the LRT station. The condo is completely furnished other than the empty room for rent, including full kitchen and living room. The room is private, however the kitchen and bathroom would be shared living spaces. It renovated last year with new flooring as well as countertops and cupboards. The bedroom I have available is large enough for a queen bed and a desk. That bedroom has 2 closets. One walk in and the other a full sized sliding door closet. The building has parking provided with rent, as well as on site laundry facilities. The building is pet friendly, however limited to small pets with permission from the condo board. With rent all utilities and internet are included

I am currently a student at the University of Alberta, who has just recently moved to Edmonton. I tend to spend most of my time either at work or at the school. I love to cook, so when I have a day off I try my best to make myself something interesting to eat. I’m not much for partying although I do go out with my friends the odd night. I am looking for a roommate, preferably a student so as to share similar schedules, but am open to really anyone who’s schedule keeps the condo quiet at night.
