I own a 4 bedroom townhome with 2 vacant rooms. I am looking for a responsible roommate that is clean neat and tidy. I have one bedroom available on the top floor or a more private room in the basement. Kitchen will be shared, living room and eating area, along with laundry facilities shared.

I am a professional working full time so I need somebody who is respectful of my house and property and somebody who respects the rules.

I’m easy to live with and I respect privacy and personal space even in my own home.

I am an easy going person to live with as long as you clean up after yourself and are quiet :)
