The facility has a shared workout room and is located in Surrey Central directly across from the King George Skytrain. Close to Surrey SFU, Kwantlen, Save on Foods and lots of other shops.

I am a 22 year old, full-time worker who mainly works in the evenings. I am a part owner of the residence. I am drug-free & cannabis free. I enjoy cooking, video games, frisbee golf, I am respectful of space, privacy and keep the common areas tidy. I am very easy to get along with and enjoy a good laugh.
