Basement is 2 bdr with a separate entrance and bathroom (heated flooring). Recently renovated. Parking spot included. Shared kitchen and laundry. . Shared large backyard. $1000 per month + SHARED utilities and unlimited internet.

The landlord will request a credit check, rental application and references if interested.

pictures included – I currently have the 2nd bedroom used as an art/craft room so there is no picture. It’s about the same as the first bedroom just the closets are different. Both bedrooms would easily fit a Queen sized bed.
