Advertisement to not rent from these people. Gave them a chance waiting for “painting” to get finished. Turns out they are doing a lot more than that and taking forever to do it. Do not negotiate with these people, they are already well off but still taking advantage of people supporting their town as the wife was offering to cook for me and do my laundry for a charge. I was told they were interested and then pulled out without telling me and re updated the ad to fit their comfortable life. Don’t bother living here if you wake up to make breakfast before 4am and go to bed at 9pm.
