I’m looking to share a 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment with own private bathroom starting September 1st.

Located on James St. in central Abbotsford with walking distance to grocery stores, Seven Oaks, bus transit etc. 8 minute drive to UFV. Rent is $950 monthy and utilities(hydro, wifi) will be shared. Has an in suite laundry as well. Brand new apartment building, everything is excellent quality with a modular kitchen.

I’m a 28 years old working individual recently moved to Abby from Kamloops. I’m very chill, easy going and don’t smoke. I love to keep my place clean and tidy and expect the same from my roommate. Also love to meet new people and socialize!
