Skaha Lake Road

Hello! My name is Benjamin, and I am looking for a condo-mate from September 15th until May 31st.

My condo is a block away from Skaha Beach, and features stunning mountain views (from the sunroom AND your bedroom window!)

Available for rent is the Master bedroom, which is huge, and includes a spacious vanity and private ensuite bathroom.

We are fully furnished, and fully stocked. The only thing you would need to bring is bedding. Rent is ALL inclusive. (no bills)

All amenities and appliances, parking included, smart TV and all yer apps and what have you…

This is normally a feature AirBnB rental, but I am looking for some stability and consistency over the next 3 seasons.

I am about as easy-going as they come, but am hoping to attract a roommate that takes a bit of pride in their space and is respectful of their neighbours.

I’m 39 years old, I’m quite busy professionally but am also very active and outdoorsy (aka: am rarely home)

I’m a writer, so when I’m home I’m usually reading or writing, cooking or cleaning. Not much else. I don’t drink, but I don’t care if you do. Absolutely no parties ever. This is an adult building.

I’m 420 friendly, but no smoking inside. No cigarette smokers please. (I used to smoke, and I can’t be around the smell- neither can my neighbours)

No pets.

I will be happy to share more pictures and details, but only with those of you that take a minute to introduce yourselves and your situation. Unfortunately I cannot be flexible on the timeline (within reason).

I love this condo. It’s very special to me. It’s big and bright and spacious and comfortable. I’m looking for an adult that has their ish together, and doesn’t need to be cleaned up after. I’m not a neat-freak, but I’m also not a teenager.

My girlfriend lives around the corner, and I often travel for work, so the successful applicant will have the place to themselves much of the time.

Trust and respect are paramount.
