It would be great if I could find someone who wouldn’t mind sharing a 1bed1den Uptown apartment with my poor butt, you get the bedroom with locking door. I have had a traumatic experience with someone from this site in Feb, but .. this economy. We would both really benefit on lower rent. Please have more of a life than I have! A job, school, career. This place isn’t the best looking, but good people are here. I am definitely going to be really selective. Please don’t take it personally.

➕ Near hospital, elevator, parking, near downtown, next to bus stops, nice neighbours, I can really cook and share food, you can paint your room any colour you want, I have some furniture you can use but no bed, fast unlimited wifi, we can game together. I’m friendly and funny.

➖ Traffic noise out window, I work from home and live in the main room/den, small bathroom with no window, I am a twitch streamer so sometimes quiet is needed and noise is given, I have 2 pet ferrets, allergic to every animal but ferrets and purebred chihuahuas sorry! ..and there’s No Balcony 🤬 Not Smoke or 420 Friendly 🚭

I am disabled and need help keeping the kitchen and bathroom perfect; especially if I have my 6th surgery! I WILL NEED mature communication, ask for clarification of anything you need, tell me what might be wrong or if something is going on with you. I’d probably help. Oh, and I AM A NERD…can fix your computer / etc.
