Rose's room

I rent out large furnished bedrooms in my home. I have been doing so for 5 years. Since utilities are included in the price it has helped people to afford to live in my restful and relaxing home. It is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Mill Bay Centre is a 5 min. drive. Heading to Duncan or Langford, they are both only 20 minutes away. Also if you work at McDonald’s or Tim Horton’s in Mill Bay, there are bikes here for your use. If you do smoke cannibis, it must be done outdoors. I do not smoke anything.

Easily shared kitchen and lots of privacy. I am looking for someone who fits in. I think that is important, it is good to have a harmonious home. Students are welcome, Brentwood College is 5 minutes by car or taxi. Other than that, you must be a full time working individual.
