I am looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in my condo. $900/month plus utilities (Internet and Hydro).

The room is 9’x10’ and comes with a 4 piece bathroom. In suite laundry and the kitchen has a dishwasher. No parking spots are available at the moment, but there is street parking. Close to UVic and bus routes to downtown. No pets.

I am a 34 year old man with a 9-5 job. Looking for someone who is mostly quiet and clean. Generally pretty active and outdoorsy. I host a game of D&D every 2 weeks and sometimes have people over for dinner but otherwise it’s fairly quiet.
