Marina's room

I’m renting a shared room for one girl in a large one-bedroom apartment at Yonge and Finch. You will share the whole place only with me.

Quiet and family oriented place, you will be taking up my sister’s space in our bedroom while she is travelling: Sep 1st to Jan 1st - possible to extend.

The apartment is spacious and is furnished with

• Couch
• 32’’ TV
• Dining table / 2 chairs
• 2 beds
• Desk and chair
• Exercise bike

We also have some plants for you to be friends with. Lots of storage space. Still decorating to improve the place:)

Close to Nofrills, Centerpoint mall and Finch subway station. Restaurants, walk-in clinics and pharmacies within walking distance.

• Two sinks in the kitchen:) One is mine and one is yours, please try and keep yours clean. As well as your space in the fridge/storages.
• We clean the apartment and take the trash out every week *No male visits and no late night guests

I will be your only roommate in this spacious place. I am a 27 year old Brazilian girl recently graduated from a postgrad diploma, and have been in Canada for 2 years now.

This is me and my sister’s apartment but she is travelling back home for a few months.

Habits:

• I practice yoga
• Quiet type
• I do not smoke cigarettes - 4:20 friendly, but only in the balcony

*No cigarettes smokers in the place, please

You will see me always lighting cute candles and trying to keep the plants alive:) I appreciate a quiet and clean environment, with no smoke or strong smells.
