It is a shared above-ground basement suite in New West, place is furnished, but the bedroom is not. $900 a month, including utilities. Laundry is not included, but laundromat is just a couple blocks away. 2 minute walk from bus stop, 15 minute walk from the skytrain and amenities (restaurants, grocery store, Moody Park, etc.) I have a sweet little cat who is also living in the suite. Street parking.
