Located near Spruceland mall for groceries and bus routes for those without vehicles. Has a parking spot included for those with vehicles. Internet and utilities included. Washer and dryer are within the building but do cost money to use. Room is unfurnished.

Currently living with my brother. We tend to keep to ourselves, but do have friends over around once a week for board games if restrictions allow it. I generally clean the apartment weekly, but wouldn’t mind the occasional help.
