I’m subletting a room in a 3 bedroom apartment. You’ll have access to your own furnished room with a bed, studying sable, two dressers, and a closet. The apartment itself comes with a shared bathroom, washer and dryer included, a shared kitchen area, fridge, stove, and a few other amenities are provided. The living room is furnished with a TV and cable via RokuTV. Water, hydro, heat, and internet are all included in the bill, and parking is available upon request. It’ll be available for renting starting September 1st. The apartment is part of a 3-story building and located on its second floor. All neighbors are quiet, welcoming, and helpful. There’s a plaza with a lot of stores a few minutes of walking away ( Walmart, Provigo, The source, Rona, clothing stores, etc…), so shopping is easy. There’s a bus stop nearby, so no need to worry about walking around in the cold. Overall a very lovely area, with nice people around, and a great place to stay.

My name is Christian, 17yo male, first year student at the university of Ottawa, and I currently live with my sister, Anna, 20yo female, also first year at Uottawa.
