My partner and I are looking for 1 female identifying roommate to share a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Colwood, BC near the intersection of Latoria and Metchosin. Rent will be $1600/month all in and be available mid September. The bedroom is unfurnished and you will have your own bathroom (but will share with guests who visit), have access to a shared guest room for visitors, shared office space, parking and backyard. Close to trails in a in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to beach. Must be ok with a large dog and living with a vegan, queer couple. We will only consider someone who identifies as female. Looking for a long term commitment (12 months+). Need first and last month rent to move in.
