2 bedroom basement suite with separate entrance.Has a 3 piece bathroom, stand-up shower/sink/throne, laundry is in the basement and shared with upstairs(me). Kitchen upstairs is also shared. There’s a garage for parking, I don’t drive so it’ll be mostly empty. Located in pleasant view just off of Calgary trail, walking distance to southgate/lrt, as well as an assortment of shopping(Italian center, low-carb/diabetic oriented stores, Vienna bakery). Pets are negotiable, I have a dog myself so they would have to get along.

I’m 32, divorced, and enjoy a peaceful life. I have a job that I love which is where my focus goes. Out side of work I enjoy being active as much as I can, I take my dog for walks multiple times a day and we are always happy to have company. When I’m at home I tend to keep to myself, play games with friends online, listen to music, nothing too crazy.
