Kent Street

This is a single private room with ample closet space. The unit is on the second floor with a balcony, with a separate laundry facility in the basement. Parking space is available as well. Kitchen, living room and bathroom is a shared spaced, so I am looking for someone that is able to clean up after themselves and respect the shared space.

I am a 26 year old working female with two cats. I am a full-time student, so I am not usually at home during the mornings. I usually hang out in my room when I am home. I am usually a quiet person and will keep to myself, but can be pretty social as well.
