This is a single private room with ample closet space. The unit is on the second floor with a balcony, with a separate laundry facility in the basement. Parking space is available as well. Kitchen, living room, linen closet and bathroom is a shared spaced, so I am looking for someone that can clean up after themselves and respect the shared space. Private areas will be cleaned and sanitized prior to move in. First and last will required, as well as proof of employment.

I am a 26-year-old working female with two older cats. I am a full-time student, so I am not usually at home during the mornings. I usually hang out in my room when I am home. I am a quiet person and will keep to myself but can be social as well.
