I am looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in downtown Kelowna starting October 1st, 2022. Lease length is flexible.

The bedroom is spacious with a large south facing window (lots of natural light) and a closet, and you would have your own bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The main living area of the apartment is already furnished, you would just need your own furniture for your bedroom. Utilities and wifi are not included, but split between 2 of us they are usually around $115/month on average (sometimes a bit more in the winter months). Dogs are negotiable, however I am unfortunately allergic to cats. Parkade parking is available at an additional cost, however there is also usually street parking available. The building is in a great central location and was built in 2021 (me and my current roommate were the first tenants).

I am a working professional in my mid 20s who works M-F from 9-5, and once a week I work from home. I’m looking for someone who is either also working full time, works out of town, or is a student. I am open to either a male or female roommate. I enjoy time at home, but I’m often out doing things around Kelowna. I like being active outdoors, going to the gym and spend a lot of time in the winter snowboarding up at Big White. I also like to host friends over at my place, but will always be respectful of my roommates schedule and space.
