My house is located in quiet East Hill area, 15 min walk downtown. Two furnished rooms are available and everything else is shared with myself.

• both rooms are upper floor, can be unfurnished

• shared living room, main bathroom kitchen and laundry room, backyard with a large deck
• include utilities, Wi-Fi, parking spot, storage space
• pet friendly (as I have a dog and 2 cats with fenced yard)
• no smoking, no drugs, no parties
• required work & previous rental
• required damage deposit ½ monthly rent
