- house is located right off whyte ave (strathcona), has a huge backyard, 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom
- we want someone who will always clean up after themselves, contribute to keeping the shared spaces clean & practice open communication to make sure the space is safe & comfortable :)
- we aren’t in a hurry to find someone as we want to reside with someone with similar views & ways of living
price: $400-600/month, depending on what potential housemate brings/needs damage deposit: same as months rent pets: ideally no as our golden retriever is still a puppy & does best training wise when not distracted *not easily accessible; has a few stairs front door & back move in no smoking, vaping or cannabis use

janel: is more quiet and enjoys recharging her social battery at home but is usually open to going out & exploring new cafes & biking with our golden retriever. loves to experiment with new vegan recipes, talk about wild life theories & fill the house with plants 🤭
chandler: is more outgoing, loves meeting new people & getting to know them. works long hours as a paediatric nurse and likes to play video games to catch up with his friend when he gets home.
both of us spend a lot of time at home recharging and want to make sure that we vibe & feel comfortable with anyone interested before moving in to make sure we’re the best fit for each other.
