Dorothy's room

Hi I currently have 2 rooms available on the 2nd floor of my home. This is the smaller of the 2 rooms and is listed for $550 per month plus 250 damage deposit. This includes heat water and wifi. The upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom which will be shared by 2 other people. The main floor has a shared kitchen, living room and seating area with lots of plants. The basement is where my partner and I have our own living space. Bathroom livingroom , and bedroom. This is also where the washer and dryer are. The washer and dryer are available for $5 a load and will be available once a week or as arranged with me.

My one roomie has been with me well over a year and is tidy and respectful. He is a student and also works part time. My partner of 8 years, djs at local clubs and also works elsewhere part time. I work full-time at a women’s shelter. This household loves music and at times we gather on the main floor to cook, eat and share stories. We also all do are own thing alot and often dont see or hear anyone around for a couple days. We do smoke weed in the house from time to time but also I encourage people to go outside when possible.
