I will be looking for someone for October at $600 a month. Firm on $600 a month. It is a very quiet room/suite that is shared with only myself. Shared clean bathroom and kitchen. The $600 will include: wifi, power, cable, internet, shelter, and room privacy for study time or rest. The renter will have to provide for himself: food, toiletry, their own bedding & towels. It is a very secure and quiet building with no smoking allowed (I prefer someone who does not smoke or vape), no pets allowed, and no partying. Person must be clean and pickup after himself. Absolutely no drugs or vaping as well. I will ask you to leave if that is the case. I am a working guy who is very quiet and an easy-going person. I have been renting here since April 2017 with no complaints. I am looking for someone like that. No all-night visitors nor visitors spending the night over will not be allowed. It is a clean suite made only for 2 people. It is near convenience stores, a mall, and the city bus transit stop is a half block away. It is a clean and quiet place for students or for a working person needing quiet and time for rest between job shifts. The room is furnished with a double bed and a large dresser with small night stand with lamp. A north bedroom window view with closet space. Parking is free off-street or $25 (plugin fee) for the winter months. $1.50 a wash load and .25 cents for 20 minutes for the dryer.

Looking for: Someone quiet (someone who doesn’t make a lot of noise) Cleanliness: a non smoker, someone tidy and picks up after himself Responsible: someone who pays rent on time, does not do drugs, does not party, does not bring people over for sleepovers.
