This is a large furnished one bedroom with large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom in a walk out basement. There is a large family family room leading to a large deck that can be used. There is a small fridge, microwave, and toaster oven available with kitchen privileges also. Laundry facilities available. There is bus access less than 5 walk minutes away, and 5 minutes drive to airport and the Trans Canada Highway.

I am a quiet, mature female in my early 60’s with 2 very friendly cats. I work from home. If you do not like cats, this is not the place for you, lol.
