Looking for a new roommate to share a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with in the heart of Kensington Market! Available October 1st on a 1 year lease. The space has 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer in the unit, AC, and it’s close to pretty much anything you’d ever need! There’s a cute cafe beside us, fruit market on the corner, and grocery store practically across the street - as well as tons of nice restaurants/bars and shops around the neighbourhood. The room we’re looking to fill doesn’t have a window, however the rent is $100 cheaper than the other two rooms. Preferably looking for someone 20-25 (we’re 22 and 23). It would be nice to become friends with the person moving in as I did get pretty close with my current roommates but not gonna try and force anything so dw if that’s not what you’re looking for :) rent is $850 +utilities/wifi (usually between $100-150 per month). I’m 22(m🏳️‍🌈) and my friend’s 23(f) and we’re both working at the moment (I’m planning on going back to school next year). Pretty chill, enjoy going out to bars, concerts etc as well as just hanging out in the living room. Prefer to keep the place fairly clean but not bothered by a little bit of a mess:)
