Tennille's room

Located in a townhouse in Richie, I have a furnished bedroom and bathroom for rent. Bedroom includes desk and chair, bedside tables, bed, hangers and large closet. It is 168 sq ft. Internet and utilities included and shared (free) laundry and kitchen. I have a dog so renter must be pet friendly. Parking is available on the street near my place. It is 4 blocks south of Whyte ave, close to brewery and local shops, a 2 minute walk to Mill Creek Ravine, and a 20 minute bike ride, or 30 minutes by bus, to the University of Alberta, with quick routes to downtown as well. I don’t have a backyard but I do have a large deck with a BBQ and patio furniture.

I am a respectful, quiet and nice person in my 30’s working in Edmonton. I am looking for a like-minded person to share this space with me. I like my own space but am hoping to find someone who would be cool to hang with too. I also have a medium sized dog who loves cuddles and pets.
