The space is completely furnished. This includes the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Hydro, water, heat, AC, and Internet is included in the price as well. All amenities are also included (fridge, stove, microwave and washer and dryer in the space). Private entrance included with some access to the backyard. Please note that a parking space can be accommodated at an extra cost.

Close to St. Laurent Shopping Center and a short walk to several bus routes. Also 10 minutes walk to La Cité Collégiale, 5 minutes walk to Tim hortons, grocery stores, banks and others.

Looking for a quiet and responsible renter, No parties allowed. No smoking on the property. You must be comfortable living with LGBTQ community members.

The upstairs will be occupied by my wife and I (WLW couple), our 2 cats, and 1 quiet pup. The laundry in the basement is shared, as is the yard, but the rest of the space is entirely yours.
