Grosvenor Boulevard

We rent a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1/2 duplex in south St. Albert that we share with my cat, Mr. Stephens. We have a large bedroom available, furnished (if needed). There is a rumpus room adjacent for your personal use with mini fridge. We all share the kitchen and laundry facilities. I love to cook and find this kitchen an excellent space. The house has a big back yard with fire pit and room to garden. Robyn likes to game and we are both big nerds. 😊 They work from home. I work from home and away. Our neighbourhood is quiet with excellent walking trails through forested areas leading to the sturgeon river and downtown St. Albert. We also have a lovely outdoor pool at the end of the street.
