Included in rent: *All Utilities; water, gas, power, and internet. *Free access to the only exclusive Beach Club Lake Summerside in Edmonton. *Laundry and dryer. *Any use of common areas.
Must be clean and like dogs (I have a happy excited Pomeranian that I share part time custody with and will be the first one to greet you every time you come home)
No extra pets. No smoking inside. No partying. 15 minute walk to the busy Ellerslie Road SW area . You will be sharing the bathroom with my roomate.
Shared accommodation with 2 clean young professionals and a excited clean Pomeranian dog.

I live with my excited Pomeranian dog 2 weeks per month and I also live with another friendly roommate. I’m pretty quiet not a partier and like to keep things clean and tidy. I’m very easy to get along so you would find me inviting you a beer or coffee to chat and hang out (I have a lot of stories to share, so you would probably not get bored with me) but overall, I’m very respectful of your space and privacy.
