I am a quiet, tidy, reliable, professional woman in her 50’s looking for a similar roommate (female only please). I work in Ottawa but have my principle residence out of town. Normally, I am only in Ottawa 2 or 3 nights a week, and almost never in the apartment on weekends. A great deal for you because we split the rent evenly (your share = $935/month if you want parking it is an extra $65 per month), and you get the majority of the use of the apartment yourself and the larger bedroom.
