Loft space available for rent

I’m looking for a renter for the upstairs space in my farmhouse. The space is open concept, is unfurnished except for two double beds. There is enough space for lounging/watching tv/workspace. Shared spaces include the kitchen and bathroom. Included: washer/dryer, wifi, utilities. No smoking, window A/C unit available. The house is located just outside of St. Catharines on a farm, there is no bus access. It’s a very quiet area, free parking. I have a small dog, Charlie.

Ideally the person would be vegetarian, but if you eat meat, you’d need to have your own pans/pots.

I am a 45 year old professional looking for someone to team up! I am quiet and l love spending time outside gardening with my dog.
