Our house is on a quiet street in west-end Cobourg, one block north of Lake Ontario and a two-minute drive, or 15-minute walk, from downtown. It is a unique space - a bungalow attached to a heritage barn that has been converted into a studio space. Large bedroom with king-size bed and your own bathroom upstairs, living room downstairs with French doors looking out to large yard and garden. Plenty of closet space, dresser, wardrobe. TV, chair, lamp. View of beautiful large yard with garden. Shared kitchen, washer, dryer. Gas bbq. Parking. internet and utilities included.

We are older professionals, living and working mostly in another city for the next year or more. We are hoping to find a mature, responsible, single professional to share with - we will be here some weekends and holidays but most weeks you would have the house to yourself. We would share the kitchen when here but would work around your schedule. This isn’t a cookie-cutter house and we aren’t cookie-cutter people. We are quiet, friendly, non-smoking, respectful of others, keep our space clean, and look for someone the same.
