The house is located in a vineyard property with 2 houses. Our house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room/dining room, laundry, storages, outdoor patio with swimming pool and gardening areas. Has been renovated recently and it is amazing. You would have your own bedroom (furnished with a double bed, mirrored wardrobe with sliding doors and nightstand - however, you are welcome to bring your own furnish. It fits up to a queen bed.), bathroom, shared common areas (laundry, living/dining room, kitchen and outside area). Lots of parking in the property. Room $1000/month + 1/3 of utilities (average on high months $130/person - water, electricity, internet, streamings).

We are 2 friends (females) looking for a 3 person for our 3rd bedroom, located at a house in Penticton (almost Naramata). We both work full time week days and weekends off. Originally from South America and living in the area for almost 4 years.
