Huge, beautiful house in an extremely good/quiet neighborhood. Features a big backyard with a brand new deck, a fountain pond, garden, fire pit and BBQ. Double car heated garage. Upstairs features a beautiful kitchen, dining room, livingroom, and 3 bedrooms (1 is occupied, 1 is available and 1 is a spare guest bedroom). There are 2 bathrooms; 1 Upstairs and 1 downstairs (the Upstairs one has a jet tub). Downstairs also has 1 occupied bedroom, a large living room area with a fireplace, laundry room, and a bar with a full fridge and sink. This is a beautiful mid century home that we try our best to keep nice & clean 👌

Hey there :) My name is Leah & my partner, brother, and I are looking for a roommate to share our place with. We are all in our mid to late twenties and work full time with varying shifts. Though we all have our own hobbies & interests, we mostly like to come home from work and chill, watch TV, game out, or smoke in the garage (no smoking in the house). We occasionally will have 1-2 ppl over on a Friday night, but often keep it quiet and hang out in the garage. We are looking for someone who’s respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with.
