I have a 3 bed 2 bath condo and it s just me now a s wife has moved back to Argentina to organise our rental there. I work as podiatrist here and very busy. The condo is now unfurnished now so you can bring your own things or get the furniture and things you like! All bills included but if bill goes up more than 50% than I will ask you contribute the remainder(I’m happy showing you the evidence of this). I’m super easy going originally from the UK and here to work and potentially meet like minded people but if I’m honest I am terrible at making effort to go and do that as a confident introvert. I am a gentle men so if you are a female whatever the age I will usually do the heavy jobs, take out trash, help with shopping and respect privacy so don’t get offended was just raised with women. I f youre male then we can go to the gym etc as I am an 7x ex champion fitness competitor but like pia too much now. instagram can be provided
