We, and our cats, are seeking responsible non smoking adults who are either f/t employed or f/t students. Private bedroom (furnished) with private shower / bathroom OR entire unfurnished loft with half bath.
Parking is not an issue. Extra 100 a month if you wish to use the attached garage. Otherwise street parking
Month to month is ideal.
