Furnished room for rent in my Chilliwack townhouse starting February 1, 2024* for a quiet, responsible working adult.

*Can be available sooner if required.

References required from current employer and current landlord. A personal reference is also needed.

No smoking, drinking, drugs, or partying allowed.

You will have use of the kitchen, (including cookware, dishes, and utensils) living areas, and laundry facilities. Full use of the Master bathroom is included, (except when my 19-year-old son comes home from university in Burnaby to visit on holidays and on the odd weekend, etc. Then he’ll be using it too.)

The townhouse is very near a bus stop/route. Free street parking is available. I have a very friendly miniature poodle, so you must like dogs. :). No other animals allowed as per strata policy.

There are big fir trees, weeping willow trees, and a creek right behind the townhouse. From my kitchen window, I can often see ducks and ducklings swimming by! It’s very peaceful. We live on a quiet street in a small townhouse complex at the end of the street.

I am a 59 year old divorced female. I work full-time in Abbotsford. I am neat and fairly tidy. I am a runner, so spend a lot of my free time running outside. It’s just me and my cuddly 8 year-old miniature poodle Zeus who live here.
