Looking for one roommate to join me in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom clean and well-kept lower floor suite (above ground). The suite is comfortably sized at around 800 sqft, with shared kitchen, laundry and a large living/dining room with plenty of space. Rent for the room is $950. Room is spacious, approx. 10x10, with a roomy closet and bright west-facing window. Can fit a bed, small desk, dresser and more. The suite will be partially furnished (open to suggestions/furniture) and I will be getting more furniture after moving in. Very convenient location that is only a 10 minute walk to Marine Gateway Skytrain Station, which provides easy access to Downtown (30 mins), Richmond (10 mins), Langara (5 mins) and just about anywhere in Vancouver. Also conveniently close to a bike route, should you be inclined to travel with two wheels. Steps away from grocery stores, dining, shopping and more . Suite comes with:

ONE ROOMMATE! Quiet, friendly, and respectful 30yo working full-time in-office.
