1 unfurnished bedroom and bathroom (separate, I have the ensuite). Furnished living room, kitchen and balcony. Building amenities include a gym, pool, hot tub and sauna. Rent is $2000, all utilities included. Available October 1st.

I’m male, 27 and an engineer. I’m friendly, outgoing and very tidy. I have friends over sometimes but I’m very considerate of the space I share with others and am looking for someone with that mindset. I travel a bit for work so you will have the place to yourself for a few days, every once in a while.
