Carlton Street

I won’t be living there, but this is a spare room in the Parkside student residence that I have recently had to pull out of. It has a one roommate, a private room inside the dorm, and a free gym, study rooms, lax guest policies, and other amenities. You have to be a student at any Toronto University. There will be university students of all years living in the property, and one first-year roommate, for privacy I won’t say too much about her. You’ll have your own room inside the shared dorm and there are security guards inside the property.
