There is a playground right in front of my place, the bus is beside the property that will bring you to King George station. There’s also convenience stores and fast food across the street as well. It’s a very convenient location.

I own and operate multiple businesses so I’m typically a very busy person. I’m looking for a female roommate to take this room. Kids are welcome but no pets as my cats will attack and kill other pets. Bengal things lol.

Man there’s a bunch to say about myself. I am a business owner that specializes in Networking, servers, system builds and so forth. I’ve been doing this work for nearly 20 years and it’s my biggest passion.

I am very business minded and focused, I love to explore different ways to build a future for my family.

I was born intersex, I identify primarily feminine but tbh I don’t really care for gender identities. I’m a fluid person that just enjoys life as I go. I am very extroverted, I love to chat, I love to be productive and I really enjoy socializing and trying different things to pass the time.

I’m not a judgmental person typically, I like to express an open home for all and to give people a chance. I don’t play games though, just video games sometimes :P.

There aren’t any other roommates currently but I’m hoping to have a home where everyone looks out for each other and we all maintain a safe, healthy home full of communication and respect. Confrontation is welcome here as it’s the first step to conflict resolution.
