I’m looking for a female or Non-Binary person who is interested in splitting $2700 ($1350 per person) for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo unit. The rent covers hydro, water, and heating/ac but wifi isn’t included. The place comes with a parking spot, which if not used can be rented out to further lower the rent cost.
