San Lorenzo Avenue

This is a 6 bedroom house that is located in the Gordon Head area. It is a 7 minute bike from the UVIC campus, and a 4 minute drive. There is a big back yard, a sun room, a big kitchen with two fridges. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and 4 upstairs. The one that is available for rent is upstairs.

In this house lives 5 females/nb. We are a very close knit group of roommates that enjoy hanging out with each other and having the occasional party, movie/game night, and house dinner. We are all students that are in our 4th/5th year and also all work a part time job so are sure to have busy schedules. We are clean and respectful of the common area!
