Shared with owners and our dog. One bed and bathroom is your own. den as your living room. Shared kitchen and fridge. Laundry ,. Wifi included. Comes with street parking, do have onsite parking but extra. Couch no longer in den. Could get a beanbag chair or something.

My wife and I and our well trained dog. Both working professionals, we don’t party but are hockey fans. Harley our dog is rarely home alone. 420 friendly but has to be done off property as per strata rules
